OutdoorCon is a brand-new event built by a team with proven experience producing and marketing large-scale consumer expos. While this is OutdoorCon’s debut year, our team has successfully organized and marketed major events such as SNKRFEST, drawing large crowds and delivering strong results for exhibitors. We’re applying that same experience, infrastructure, and aggressive marketing strategy to build OutdoorCon into a premier Midwest outdoor event.

We are making substantial investments to aggressively grow attendance and ensure exhibitors see real value—not just foot traffic, but engaged outdoor consumers.

Our marketing strategy goes far beyond traditional expos:

Exhibitor Move-In & Setup 🛠️

Friday (Move-In Day)
12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Exhibitors may unload, set up displays, and prepare their booth space during this time. Early setup is strongly encouraged to ensure you are fully prepared before the show opens.

Detailed load-in instructions, dock access information, and exhibitor credentials will be provided prior to the event.

Exhibitor Move-Out 📦

Sunday (Move-Out Day)
Move-out will begin at 5:00 PM on Sunday following the close of the show.

No booth dismantling, teardown, or removal of materials is permitted before 5:00 PM. This policy ensures a professional experience for attendees and all exhibitors throughout the full duration of the event.

All exhibitors are expected to fully remove their booth materials and equipment following show close.

Located just outside Chicago, the Schaumburg Convention Center is one of the Midwest’s premier event venues, offering excellent highway access, on-site hotels, and strong attendance from the greater Chicago region and surrounding Midwest states.

Booth Pricing 💼

OutdoorCon offers flexible booth options to fit brands of all sizes. Whether you're launching a new product or showcasing an established brand, our floor plan allows you to scale your presence.

Standard Booth Rates:

  • 10’ x 10’ Booth: $450
     
  • 10’ x 20’ Booth: $850
     
  • Additional 10’ x 10’ spaces: $375 each when expanding beyond a 10’ x 20’
     

This pricing structure allows exhibitors to create larger footprints at a reduced incremental cost.

What Your Booth Includes

Each booth reservation includes:

  • 8’ high back drape and 3’ side drape (Black)
     
  • Standard exhibitor credentials
     
  • Inclusion in event marketing and exhibitor listings
     
  • Access to exhibitor move-in and setup period
     
  • Overnight security during the event


  • Tables & Chairs available upon request
     

Not included (available for purchase):

  • Electricity / power access ($260 ea 10x10')
     
  • Carpet, and booth furnishings
     
  • Internet / Wi-Fi services
     
  • Custom booth structures or upgraded displays
     

For custom booth builds, furniture rentals, flooring, lighting, and upgraded display options, exhibitors may work directly with SourceOne Events, our recommended partner for exhibitor setup and booth enhancements. Their team can help design a professional, turnkey booth presence tailored to your brand.
