All sales are final. OutdoorCon does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for tickets, vendor registrations, sponsorships, or add-ons under any circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, personal reasons, or no-shows.
Event Cancellation
Refunds will only be issued if OutdoorCon cancels the event in its entirety. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Event Changes or Rescheduling
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or modified, refunds will not be issued. All tickets, registrations, and add-ons will remain valid for the rescheduled date unless otherwise stated by OutdoorCon.
Force Majeure

Chargebacks & Disputes
